If you move to Carroll County from another county or state, you must submit a new Voter Registration Application to our office. It’s easy to apply online at ovr.govote.tn.gov. If you need assistance please contact our office.

If you move within Carroll County, you need to change your address. You may also handle this task online at ovr.govote.tn.gov OR do one of the following:

Your address change request must be signed and received by our office no later than five (5) days before an election in order to process the change.
